Wall calendar printing 2027: Gujarati and Hindi calendars for your business
Formats in our 2027 collection, what the imprint includes, how many to order, and the dates that get calendars on walls in time.

A wall calendar with your business name on it hangs in a customer's shop or kitchen for twelve months. No other print job gets that much time in front of the same eyes for that little money. The catch is timing: a calendar that reaches the wall in late January has already lost a month of its life, and the best designs sell out early. Here is how our 2027 collection is organised, which format suits which business, and the dates to plan around.
Formats in the 2027 collection
Our calendars are printed in Gujarati and Hindi editions with your imprint on every sheet.
- 12-sheet monthly. One month per page, large dates, festival and holiday notes. The standard for shops, dealers, societies and most businesses.
- 6-sheet. Two months per page. Half the pages, lower cost, good for large bulk gifting where every rupee per piece counts.
- Tithi and Panchang. Gujarati dates, tithis, auspicious days. Jewellers, traders, temples and anyone whose customers plan by the Panchang choose this one.
- Office date calendar. A single sheet with the whole year and large date blocks. Offices, factories and clinics keep it beside the desk.
- Photo and devotional themes. Twelve sheets of themed imagery: temples, Jyotirlings, nature, premium art. Devotional brands and pharma distributors favour these.
- Hindi 12-sheet. The same monthly format in Hindi for pan-India dealer networks.

See every design under calendars, including the premium wall calendar, the Tithi calendar and the Hindi 12-sheet calendar. Prices are per quantity tier on each page.
What the imprint includes
The bottom strip on every sheet carries your business name, address, phone numbers and logo, printed in full colour. On the office date calendar the imprint runs across the header and footer. We typeset the strip from the details you send and return a PDF proof. Check the phone numbers twice; the strip is the one part of the calendar that is printed for you alone, and a wrong digit lives on the wall for a year.
How many to order
A rough guide that works for most businesses:
- Retail shop: one per regular customer family plus 10 percent spare, usually 100 to 300.
- Distributor or dealer network: one per retailer plus staff, 300 to 2,000.
- Society, trust or temple: one per household or member, 500 upward.
- Clinic or office: 50 to 100, for patients, vendors and staff.
Calendars are packed in bundles of 25 or 50 and ship flat with hangers attached. If you need them sent to several dealers, send a list and we courier directly from the shop with a packing note.
The dates that matter

Orders placed in October print in early November and are on walls before Diwali gifting ends. Orders placed in the first half of November still arrive in December. After 20 December the calendar reaches the wall in late January and much of its value has gone. Popular themes finish first, so a late order may mean a substitute design.
Why the paper and binding matter
A calendar is handled twelve times and hangs through a monsoon. We print on art paper heavy enough not to curl, wiro-bind or pin the sheets so they turn cleanly, and attach a hanger that does not tear through the top sheet. Cheaper calendars skimp on exactly these three things, and the difference shows by March.
How the order runs
Every calendar order gets a job card with the design codes, quantities, the imprint artwork and the delivery addresses. A named person owns the card, ticks each step on WhatsApp, and the calendars do not leave without the proof approval on record. Ask for the status with the job card number at any time.
