How do I place an order?
Pick a product, choose your options (paper, size, finish, quantity), upload your design file, and check out. Payment is prepaid via UPI / card / net banking through Razorpay.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
No — we're prepaid only. Once payment is confirmed, your order goes into production immediately.
I started checkout but the payment failed. What now?
The order auto-cancels and your bank reverses the charge within 3–5 business days. Just place a fresh order whenever you're ready.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes — every order automatically gets a GST invoice. Add your GST number at checkout (optional) and it'll appear on the invoice for input-tax credit.
Artwork & design
What file format should I upload?
PDF, JPG, or PNG only. If you designed in CorelDRAW (.cdr), Illustrator (.ai), or Photoshop (.psd), please export to PDF before uploading. Press-ready PDF (CMYK, with bleed) gives the best print quality.
What's bleed and why does it matter?
Bleed is a 3 mm extension of your background colour past the cut line. It prevents thin white edges if the cutter shifts slightly. Always download our size templates — they show exactly where the bleed line, cut line and safe area are.
Why do my colours look different on print vs my screen?
Monitors show RGB; printing uses CMYK. Some screen colours (especially bright neons and pure blue / magenta) can't be reproduced exactly in CMYK. Convert your design to CMYK in your design app before exporting to see the print-accurate preview.
Can you fix my design before printing?
Light corrections (resize, simple alignment, color tweaks) — yes, message us within 30 minutes of placing your order. Major redesign work — we recommend a freelance designer. We don't offer full design services.
Turnaround & shipping
How long until I get my order?
Standard 3–5 business days from artwork approval to dispatch + 1–4 days transit depending on courier zone. So roughly 4–9 business days door-to-door in most of India.
Do you offer rush printing?
For urgent orders, message us BEFORE placing the order with your deadline. We can sometimes do same-day or next-day for a rush surcharge — depends on current production load.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for resellers?
Yes — apply for a B2B account from the registration page. Once approved (usually within 1 business day), you'll automatically see wholesale pricing across the catalogue.

Yes — we power dozens of design agencies. Order our sample kit (non-branded) to show your clients, then place B2B orders that ship directly to their addresses without our branding.
Quality & reprints
What if there's a print defect?
Free reprint or full refund — your choice — provided two things are true:
- The defect is from our side (smudges, mis-cuts, wrong color, damaged in transit, etc.)
- You followed the artwork & size instructions on the product page when uploading the design

Can I see a sample before I place a big order?
Yes — order our sample kit with the most popular paper stocks and finishes. Free for B2B accounts; small charge for retail customers (refunded against your first bulk order).

What's the Orbit Wallet?
Optional store credit you can top up in advance and use for future orders. Useful for agencies / businesses with frequent small orders. Top up via UPI / card; balance never expires.

Can I update my address / phone / GST number?
Yes — log in, click your name (top-right), and edit your profile. For anything else (e.g. correcting an order address after the order has been placed), WhatsApp +91 90165 28799 with your order number and we'll update it before dispatch.
