1. What we collect
- Account info — name, email, phone number, GST number (optional), shipping address. You provide these when you register, place an order, or apply for a B2B account.
- Order info — products ordered, design files you upload, payment status, dispatch history.
- Payment info — handled entirely by Razorpay. We never store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net-banking credentials on our servers.
- Cookies & usage — minimal session cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart.
2. Why we collect it
- To process your orders, print, pack, dispatch and invoice them
- To send you order status updates (placed, paid, dispatched, delivered)
- To verify B2B / wholesale account applications
- To respond to your customer support enquiries
- To comply with Indian GST law (invoice records)
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share the minimum required information with the following service providers, purely to run the business:
- Razorpay — to process payments
- Supabase — to host your account & order data
- Resend — to send order confirmation emails
- Courier / travels / transport partners — to deliver your parcels (name, phone, address)
4. Design files you upload
Files you upload for printing are stored in our secure storage and used only to print your order. We don't share your designs with anyone else, don't reuse them, and delete them from active storage after the order is delivered (we keep an archived copy for 90 days for reprint requests, then it's permanently removed).
5. How long we keep it
- Account info — for as long as your account is active. Closed accounts may be retained in archive form for legal / tax / fraud-prevention purposes.
- Order & invoice records — 8 years (GST law requirement)
- Design files — 90 days after dispatch, then permanently deleted
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what personal data we hold on you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Stop sending you marketing emails
Email us at support@orbitmultiprint.com and we'll action within 7 business days. Note: Indian GST law requires us to retain order & invoice records for 8 years regardless of account status, so those rows in our database stay with us for that period.
7. Security
Connections to orbitmultiprint.com are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed (we can't read them). Admin access is restricted, audited and 2FA-protected. Payment processing is offloaded to PCI-DSS certified providers.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to all registered customers.
