1. About us
orbitmultiprint.com is operated by Orbit Multiprint, a GST-registered printing & packaging business in India. Throughout these terms "we", "us" and "Orbit" refer to Orbit Multiprint, and "you" refers to the customer placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. By placing an order you confirm you meet both conditions.
3. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed only after we receive successful payment.
- We're prepaid-only — orders ship after the payment is verified.
- We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, copyrighted artwork). Full refund will be issued if we cancel.
4. Design files & copyright
- You confirm that any design / logo / artwork you upload is owned by you, or that you have permission to print it. We do not check copyright ownership and are not responsible for IP claims arising from your artwork.
- We don't reuse, resell or share your designs.
- We can refuse to print artwork that is illegal, obscene, hateful, violates someone's IP, or is otherwise objectionable. Full refund issued in that case.
5. Turnaround & dispatch
- Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from artwork approval. Larger or specialty orders may take longer — we'll tell you before confirming.
- Dispatch dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by courier / transport partners, weather, holidays, or third-party payment gateway issues are outside our control.
- For travels & transport shipping, freight is paid by you at the destination office.
6. Quality & reprints
- Every order is QC-checked in person before dispatch. If you receive a print defect from our side (smudges, mis-cuts, wrong color, missing quantity), message us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint free or refund — your choice.
- Reprint / refund claims are only honoured when the artwork you uploaded followed the instructions on that product's page (correct size template, bleed area, file format, resolution). If the issue traces back to artwork that bypassed the PDP instructions, we cannot reprint at our cost.
- Reprints don't apply to: artwork errors you uploaded (typos, missed bleed), monitor-vs-print color difference (CMYK vs RGB), normal print tolerances (±5 mm on cuts), damage caused after delivery, or claims raised more than 3 days after delivery.

8. Customer accounts
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You agree not to share your account, abuse referral / wallet credit, or use the site to commit fraud.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. B2B / wholesale accounts
- B2B pricing is offered after we manually verify your application.
- B2B prices are confidential — sharing them publicly may result in account suspension.
- Bulk orders may have separate payment / delivery terms agreed in writing.
10. Liability
Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost business, missed events, etc.).
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our place of business.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
