Your packaging is the first physical thing a customer touches. We make printed folding cartons, mailer boxes and rigid gift boxes to your exact size, with a die-line generated automatically so the box is cut and folded correctly the first time.

Design your box online

The die-line generator prices your box live from its finished length, width and height, board and quantity, and gives you a downloadable die-line, the flat cutting and folding template your designer needs. There is no separate design charge for the die-line, and you can spin a 3-D preview before ordering.

Choosing board

A lightweight folding carton is right for anything under about half a kilogram, such as cosmetics or medicine. Heavier products need a thicker board or corrugated e-flute so the box does not crush in transit. Mailer boxes are corrugated because they must survive a courier network. Rigid boxes are built on a thick greyboard and wrapped in printed paper, which is why they feel expensive.

Minimum quantity

Custom boxes are printed in runs from 250 pieces. Because every box is cut to your size, small runs cost more per piece than large ones, and the price per box drops steeply as quantity rises.

Upload a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed, or use the free online designer. Our team checks every file and sends a free PDF proof for your approval before anything goes to press. We print in our own press in Ahmedabad and deliver to 108 cities across India, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Surat and Jaipur. Every order ships by DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart or India Post with tracking, and carries a GST invoice.
