How we print table calendar
A table calendar occupies the one square foot of the buyer's desk that they look at all day. That is why purchase managers, doctors, CAs and bank managers receive so many of them in December — and why the well-made one stays and the flimsy one goes in the drawer. Stiffness is the difference: the base and the sheets must be heavy enough (250–300 GSM art card) to stand square for a year, and the wire-o must turn a page without tearing it.
The standard format is 13 sheets — a cover and twelve months — wire-o bound onto a triangular tent base, landscape or portrait, in sizes from a compact 5 × 7 inches to a generous 8 × 10 inches. Each month carries a photograph, a product or a message on top and the date grid below, with room for notes. A simpler two-sided tent card with six months per side is the economical option for large distributions.
Like wall calendars, table calendars are seasonal: approve artwork by mid-November for January delivery. Quantities from a couple of hundred for a firm's clients to thousands for a company's dealer list are quoted per job.

Table Calendar Printing — questions we are asked
What size is a standard table calendar?
6 × 8 inches landscape is the most common — big enough for a photograph and a readable grid, small enough to stay on a desk. 5 × 7 suits large distributions; 8 × 10 is the premium option.
How thick should the sheets be?
250 GSM art card at minimum, with a heavier board for the base. Thinner sheets curl within weeks and the calendar stops standing straight — it is the most common complaint about cheap desk calendars.
Can each month show a different product?
Yes — that is the point of the 13-sheet format. Send twelve photographs (or six, repeated with different messages) and our designers lay out each month.
When is the deadline for New Year delivery?
Approve artwork by mid-November. Printing, binding and dispatch take longer in the season because every press is running calendars.
Do you also print wall calendars and diaries?
Yes — many companies order the wall calendar, the table calendar and the diary as one New Year set so the branding matches. We quote the set together.
