Pin code & delivery questions
Do you really ship to every Indian pin code?
Yes — we ship via Bluedart, DTDC and India Post, and between them they cover every postal pin in India including remote tier-3 towns and north-east states. Some far locations take 5-7 days; metros land in 2-3.
What if my pin code isn't listed in your city pages?
Our city landing pages cover the top 100+ cities, but courier coverage is universal. Use the form above to get an instant estimate for any 6-digit pin — even if your town isn't in the city list, the courier reaches it.
How is delivery time calculated?
From the day after proof approval. Standard production is 24-48 hours; the courier transit time on top depends on your pin code zone. The form above adds both to give you the total ETA.
Is there a delivery charge?
Free dispatch on orders above ₹2,500. Below that, a flat ₹99 shipping charge applies — same across India regardless of pin code, including north-east and J&K.
Can I get same-day or next-day delivery?
