How we print wall calendar
A wall calendar is the only advertisement a customer hangs up voluntarily and keeps for twelve months. For a manufacturer it puts the product range in the dealer's office; for a shop or a clinic it keeps the phone number where the family sees it; for a bank or NBFC branch it is the annual gift customers actually ask for. The format decides the cost: a single-sheet calendar shows all twelve months on one A3 or A2 poster and is the economical bulk choice; a 6-sheet shows two months per page with room for a product photo; a 12-sheet gives every month its own image and is the premium option.
We print calendars on 170–250 GSM art card, with wire-o (spiral) binding and a hanger for multi-sheet formats, and a hanging strip or tin-cap for single sheets. Indian festival and holiday dates, month grids in your brand colours, and a dealer's own imprint area at the bottom are all set by our design team from your logo and photographs.
Calendars are seasonal. Presses fill up from November; to have calendars in hand for January distribution, approve artwork by mid-November. Quantities from a few hundred for a shop to tens of thousands for a dealer network are quoted per job.

Wall Calendar Printing — questions we are asked
Which calendar format should I choose?
Single-sheet when quantity is large and the budget per piece is small — it is one sheet, one hanger. 6-sheet when you want product photos without the cost of twelve. 12-sheet when the calendar is a premium gift and each month can carry a product, a project or a message.
When should I order wall calendars?
Approve artwork by mid-November for delivery before New Year. Presses are busiest from November to December; earlier artwork means a better slot and calmer proofing.
Can you add our dealers' names to each batch?
Yes — an imprint area at the foot of the calendar carries each dealer's name and phone; batches are printed per dealer from one master design. Send the dealer list with quantities.
Do you design the calendar?
Yes. Send your logo, photographs and any message; our team designs the grid with Indian holidays and festival dates in your brand colours and sends a PDF proof. Check every date on the proof.
What is the minimum quantity?
Calendars are quoted per job. A few hundred is a practical starting point for a shop or clinic; dealer networks often run into thousands, where the per-piece cost is much lower.
