Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from artwork approval. Larger / specialty orders (foil, lamination, die-cut packaging) may take 5–7 business days. We'll confirm the exact dispatch date when we accept the order.
Shipping methods
1. Courier (Door delivery)
- Best for orders up to ~50 kg
- Door-to-door delivery anywhere in India
- Charged by weight + destination zone (rates shown live at checkout)
- Tracking number shared on dispatch
- Free on orders above ₹2,500
2. Travels (Bus parcel)
- Best for medium-large orders that need fast inter-city delivery
- ₹200 packing & dispatch fee from us
- Travel agency's freight is paid by you when you collect at their office in your city (typically next day)
- Faster than courier in many cases — usually next-day arrival in major cities
3. Transport (Goods transport)
- Best for heavy / bulky orders (boxes, bulk carry bags, large stacks)
- ₹100 packing & dispatch fee from us
- Freight is "to-pay" — settled at the destination transport office
- Cheapest per-kg rate for heavy parcels (50+ kg)
4. Self Collect
- Pick up directly from our shop — ₹0 shipping
- We'll WhatsApp the pickup address + timing once your order is ready
- Best for local customers + same-day collection
Shipping zones (courier)
Courier rates depend on the destination state and the parcel weight. The exact rate calculates live at checkout based on your cart and shipping address. As a rough guide:
- Zone 1 (Local) — lowest rate per kg
- Zone 2 (Regional) — neighbouring states, mid-rate
- Zone 3 (Pan-India) — rest of India
Tracking your order
Every order has a live status page in your My Account dashboard. Status updates as your order moves through:
- Placed (payment received)
- Verification (artwork checked)
- Processing (job set up)
- In Printing (on the press)
- Ready (packed, awaiting pickup / dispatch)
- Dispatched (tracking number shared if courier)
- Delivered
Damage in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the parcel BEFORE opening + of the contents AFTER opening, then WhatsApp +91 90165 28799 with your order number. We'll reprint or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
International shipping
We currently ship within India only. For an international order, email support@orbitmultiprint.com with the destination country and we'll quote freight separately.
