Corporate diary gifting 2027: how to choose, brand and deliver on time

Dated, themed, executive and undated diaries from our 2027 range, the three ways to brand them, and the timeline that lands them before 1 January.

Corporate diary gifting 2027: how to choose, brand and deliver on time

A diary is still the corporate gift that gets used every working day of the year, which is why it keeps coming back every December. The difference between a diary that sits on a desk and one that goes in a drawer is small: the right size, paper that takes a pen, a cover that matches the brand, and a logo applied properly. This guide walks through our 2027 range, how to brand it, and the timeline that actually gets diaries delivered before 1 January.

The 2027 range

We stock more than 280 diary models for 2027, each with a product code that matches the printed catalogue so your purchase team can order by code.

  • Dated diaries, A5 and B5. The core of corporate gifting. One page a day or a week to view, on natural shade paper that does not bleed, around 192 pages. The 2027 editions carry Indian holidays and festival dates.
  • Themed dated diaries. The same dated inside with colour-story covers: textured, two-tone, stitched or elastic-band closures. Pick a cover that matches your brand palette.
  • Executive diaries. Premium covers, information pages, often boxed. These go to senior clients, dealers and channel partners.
  • Undated diaries. No year on the pages, so they work as onboarding kits, training journals or gifts given in March. Ruled or dotted.
  • Pocket diaries. Compact, dated, inexpensive. Field staff and delivery teams use them daily.

Branding: three ways to put your logo on the cover

Screen printing prints the logo in one or two solid colours directly on the cover. It is the most economical option and works on most cover materials. Best for simple logos.

UV printing prints full colour, including gradients and small text, and gives a slightly raised glossy feel. Choose it when the logo has multiple colours or when you want a tagline under the mark.

Embossing presses the logo into the cover without ink, leaving a tone-on-tone impression. It looks the most expensive and suits leather-look and textured covers. Debossing (pressing in) is the same tool used the other way. Foil can be added for a metallic finish.

Each branding method has a small minimum charge because a screen or a die is made for your logo. That charge is spread across the order, so it is barely noticeable at 100 pieces and significant at 25.

Choosing the right diary for the recipient

  • Staff: dated A5 or B5 with screen-printed logo. Everyone gets the same, and it is used.
  • Clients and dealers: themed or executive model, embossed or foiled, boxed. Different tiers for different account sizes are normal.
  • Field teams: pocket diary plus a pen.
  • New joiners: undated diary in the welcome kit; nobody wants a diary dated three months ago.

If the recipient list is long, send it with the order and we pack per name or per branch so your admin team is not sorting cartons in the last week of December.

The timeline that works

The timeline that lands diaries before 1 January

Popular models run out by late November every year because the diaries are made once for the season. Ordering in October gives you first pick of cover colours and avoids the substitutions that happen in December. Branding adds seven to ten working days; courier to dealers across India adds three to five more.

Questions we get every season

Can we see one before ordering 200? Yes. Order a sample of two or three models, and the sample cost is adjusted against the bulk order.

Can the logo go on the spine or inside page too? Inside-page printing is possible on larger quantities; ask when you enquire.

Do you provide gift boxes? Executive models usually come boxed. For others we can add a sleeve or a printed box as a separate line.

GST invoice? Every order ships with a tax invoice. Business buyers with a GSTIN see trade pricing before GST.

How we run the order

Once you confirm, a job card is created for the order with the model codes, the quantity per model, the branding method and the artwork. The card is assigned to a named person who receives it on WhatsApp and ticks each step: proof approved, branding done, quality checked, packed, dispatched. You can ask for the status by quoting the job card number at any time.

Send your shortlist and logo to WhatsApp +91 90165 28799, or pick models from the corporate gifts range and we will come back with a proof within two working days. For pocket diaries and bulk business diaries, see pocket diary printing and corporate diary printing.
