How we print pocket diary
A pocket diary is the corporate gift that gets used rather than shelved: field engineers, sales reps, delivery partners and shop-floor supervisors carry one because it fits where a phone does not always go. At A6 it slips into a shirt pocket; the leather-look cover takes a logo well and survives a year of handling.
Our diary range is stocked, so you choose a cover from the pictures on the product page, pick the quantity in multiples of 25, and choose how the logo goes on. Screen printing suits single-colour logos and is the economical option; embossing presses the logo into the cover with a block for a tone-on-tone finish; a UV-printed sticker carries a full-colour logo. Each has a minimum charge that the product page shows before you order.
Plain diaries ship in about 10 days; branded diaries in about 15, because block-making and printing are done after your proof is approved. Stock is subject to availability — if a cover sells out we tell you and offer the nearest alternative.

Pocket Diary Printing — questions we are asked
What is the minimum order for pocket diaries with a logo?
25 diaries, and quantities go up in multiples of 25. Logo branding is available from 25 as well; each method has a minimum charge per order that the product page shows before checkout.
Which logo method should I choose?
Screen print for a one-colour logo at the lowest cost; emboss for a subtle tone-on-tone mark that suits leather-look covers; UV sticker when the logo must be in full colour.
How long do branded pocket diaries take?
About 15 days after you approve the logo proof, because the block or screen is made after approval. Plain diaries without branding ship in about 10 days.
Are the diaries dated?
Both — we stock dated 2027 diaries and undated diaries. Dated diaries are seasonal; order early in the season for the best choice of covers.
Can I get a sample before ordering 100?
Order 25 of the cover you are considering — that is the minimum and doubles as a sample. Ahmedabad and Pune customers can also see the range at the press.
