How we print corporate diary
The corporate diary is the New Year gift that outlasts every other: it is on the client's desk in January and still there in December, with your logo on the cover. What decides whether it is used is the feel of the cover and the layout inside — a page a day or a week to view, Sunday clubbed or separate, a ribbon marker, a pen loop. Our range covers all of these, and because it is stocked you choose from photographs on the product page rather than from a catalogue description.
Branding is where a corporate diary becomes yours. Screen printing lays your logo in one colour on the cover and is the economical choice for large quantities. Embossing presses the logo into the cover with a block, tone-on-tone, and reads as premium. A UV-printed sticker carries a full-colour logo where colour matters. Each is priced per diary with a minimum charge per order, shown on the product page before checkout, and every branded order gets a proof to approve.
Order in multiples of 25. Plain diaries ship in about 10 days; branded diaries in about 15, because the block or screen is made after your approval. Stock is subject to availability — dated diaries especially sell through by December — so the earlier in the season you order, the wider the choice.

Corporate Diary Printing — questions we are asked
What is the minimum order for corporate diaries?
25 diaries, in multiples of 25, whether plain or branded. Each branding method also has a minimum charge per order, which the product page shows before you order.
How is the logo put on the diary?
Three ways: screen print (one colour, most economical), emboss with a block (tone-on-tone, premium feel), or a UV-printed sticker (full colour). The product page lets you choose and shows the price for your quantity.
How long does it take?
About 10 days for plain diaries and about 15 days for branded ones, after you approve the proof — the block or screen is made after approval. Order early in the season; December is the busiest month.
Are the diaries dated?
Both. We stock dated 2027 diaries in Sunday-clubbed and Sunday-separate layouts, and undated diaries that work all year. The subcategory filter on the Corporate Gifts page separates them.
Can I see the diary before ordering 200?
Yes — order 25 of the cover you like as a sample run; that is the minimum. Ahmedabad and Pune customers can also see the range at the press.
