How we print exhibition
An exhibition is three days in which every visitor decides in seconds whether to take your material or walk past. The print has to match the stall: the same colours, the same weight of paper across the brochure and the card, and enough quantity that the last visitor on the last day still gets one. We handle exhibition orders as one job rather than five separate ones, so the brochure, the flyer and the card come off the same press with the same colour profile.
Tell us the event date first. We work backwards from it: artwork check the same day, proof for approval, press, finishing, and dispatch with enough margin that the parcel is on your desk — or waiting at the venue city — before you travel. Ahmedabad and Pune customers can collect from the press.
Large-format items such as flex banners, roll-up standees and stall backdrops are quoted on request alongside the paper print, so one WhatsApp thread covers the whole stall.

Exhibition Printing — questions we are asked
How early should I order printing for an exhibition?
Send artwork 7–10 working days before you travel. Printing itself takes 3–5 working days after you approve the proof; the rest is courier time to your city or the venue city. If the event is closer than that, WhatsApp us the date first — we will tell you honestly what can be done.
Can you deliver directly to the exhibition venue?
Yes, to a named person at a hotel or the venue's receiving office in most Indian cities. Share the venue address and contact number when you order. For Ahmedabad and Pune events you can also collect from our press.
Will the brochure and visiting card colours match?
When they are printed together, yes — same press, same colour profile, same paper family. That is the reason to order the whole stall's print as one job rather than from different suppliers.
Do you print standees and flex banners as well?
Yes. Large-format items are quoted on request because size and finish vary; send the dimensions on WhatsApp and we quote them alongside the paper items.
What quantity of flyers should I print for a three-day expo?
A common rule is footfall per day × the share who will take a flyer (usually a third) × days, plus 15% spare. For a stall expecting 300 visitors a day over three days that is roughly 350 flyers.
