How we print exhibition brochure
The flyer gets attention on the day; the brochure is what the buyer reads afterwards, when they are deciding whom to call. So it is printed differently: heavier paper (170 GSM gloss for folded brochures, 250 GSM art card for covers and single-sheet catalogues), lamination where it will be handled a lot, and a layout that puts your contact details where they will be found.
For multi-page catalogues we print stapled (saddle-stitched) booklets in 8, 12, 16 and more pages, with a cover that can be laminated or spot-UV finished. Folded brochures — tri-fold, gate-fold, z-fold — suit product ranges of up to a dozen items.
Order the brochure together with the stall's flyers and cards and they come off the same press with matching colour. Tell us the event date and we schedule to it.

Exhibition Brochure Printing — questions we are asked
What paper is best for an exhibition brochure?
170 GSM gloss for folded brochures — thick enough to feel substantial, thin enough to fold cleanly. Use 250 GSM art card for the cover of a stapled catalogue or for a single-sheet product card that must not crease in a bag.
How many pages can a stapled catalogue have?
Saddle-stitched booklets work from 8 up to around 48 pages in multiples of 4. Beyond that we recommend perfect binding; tell us the page count and we quote both.
Can you print a small quantity, say 200 brochures?
Folded brochures and single sheets start at 1,000 on offset because setup dominates the cost. For 100–500 pieces, ask us for a digital-print quote — it is often the better option for a one-off event.
Do you laminate brochure covers?
Yes — matte or gloss lamination and spot UV are available on covers and art-card sheets. Matte lamination is the usual choice for company profiles; spot UV lifts a logo or product photo.
Will you check my file before printing?
Every file is checked for bleed, resolution and fonts, and you receive a PDF proof to approve. If something will not print well, we tell you before the press runs, not after.
