Branding

Three ways to put your logo on the cover: screen printing in one or two solid colours, UV printing in full colour with a slightly raised gloss, and embossing or debossing with an optional foil. The choice depends on the cover material and the logo; a multi-colour logo wants UV, a simple mark on a textured cover wants an emboss. Send the logo as a vector file (AI, PDF or SVG) on WhatsApp. We place it on the cover photo of the chosen model and send a proof showing position and size.

The Pune timeline

Diaries are manufactured once for the season, so popular covers sell out by late November. An October shortlist gets first pick of colours; an early-November logo gets branding done by the end of the month; delivery in Pune lands by mid-December. Orders placed after the first week of December still arrive, but with substitutions and tighter branding windows.

Packing per name or per branch

If you send a recipient list, we pack per name or per branch so your admin team is not sorting cartons in the last week of December. Multi-location companies in Pune, Mumbai and Nashik usually get one carton per office, each with its own packing note.

Invoice and trade pricing
