How we print estimate pad
For a hardware shop, a garage, a tailor or a contractor, the estimate pad is the document the customer takes home to decide. It should carry your name, phone and GSTIN clearly, have space laid out for items and amounts, and tear cleanly. We print estimate pads and bill books with your details set into a clean layout, on carbonless paper when you need a copy, and serially numbered when your accountant asks for it.
Carbonless sets (NCR paper) give you a white original and a coloured copy — or two copies for triplicate — without carbon sheets. Numbering runs consecutively across pads so no two leaves share a number. Pads are glued at the head with a stiff backboard so they sit on a counter and tear one leaf at a time.
Estimate pads are quoted per job because leaf count, copies and numbering vary. Send us a photo of your current pad or a list of the fields you need, and we set the layout and quote.

Estimate Pad Printing — questions we are asked
What is the difference between duplicate and triplicate bill books?
Duplicate gives one original and one copy per bill; triplicate gives an original and two copies — typically customer, office and accounts. Both use carbonless paper so the copy is made as you write.
Can you print my GSTIN, terms and bank details on the pad?
Yes — logo, address, phone, GSTIN, bank details and terms are all set into the layout. Send what you want on it and we design the leaf.
Do you number the bills?
Yes, consecutive serial numbering across all pads in the order — you tell us the starting number. Numbering is standard on bill books and optional on estimate pads.
What is the minimum order?
Estimate pads are quoted per job; a typical starting order is 10 pads of 50 leaves. The per-pad price falls with quantity, so we quote two or three quantities for you to compare.
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
You receive a PDF proof of the leaf before printing. For a physical sample of the paper and copy quality, ask on WhatsApp — Ahmedabad and Pune customers can see samples at the press.
