Question 1

What is the best paper for letterheads?

Accepted Answer

100 GSM bond paper is the traditional choice and has a subtle texture that feels professional. 100 GSM ultra-white gives the brightest, cleanest logo reproduction. 80 GSM sunshine paper is the most economical option and suits high-volume internal use.

Question 2

Which envelope size fits an A4 letterhead?

Accepted Answer

A 9.5 × 4.25 inch envelope takes an A4 sheet folded into three, which is the standard for business post. An 11 × 5 inch takes an A4 folded in half. A 9 × 12 inch takes an unfolded A4 and is used for certificates and contracts.

Question 3

Can you print envelopes with a transparent address window?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Window envelopes have a clear panel on the front so the recipient address printed on the letter inside shows through. They save you printing or sticking addresses separately, which matters when you post invoices in volume.

Question 4

Do you print employee ID cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We print PVC ID cards with full-colour printing on both sides. Send a spreadsheet of names, designations and photographs and we handle the variable data so every card is unique.

Question 5

Do you deliver outside Ahmedabad?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We print in Ahmedabad and deliver to 108 cities across India, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Surat and Jaipur. Orders are couriered with tracking and a GST invoice. Delivery is usually next day within Ahmedabad and 2 to 6 days elsewhere.

Question 6

What file format should I send for printing?

Accepted Answer

Send a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed and fonts converted to outlines. JPG or PNG at 300 DPI also works. Convert CorelDRAW, Illustrator or Photoshop files to PDF first. If you do not have a design, use the free online designer or ask our team for help.

Question 7

Do you provide a GST invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every order is GST invoiced. Add your GSTIN to your account and it appears on the invoice automatically, so you can claim input credit.
