Question 1

What is the minimum order for branded corporate diaries?

Accepted Answer

Diaries are supplied from 25 pieces, in multiples of 25. Logo branding is available on any quantity, subject to a minimum branding charge: ₹500 for screen print, ₹1,250 for emboss with a block, and ₹750 for a UV ink sticker.

Question 2

How much does it cost to print a logo on a diary?

Accepted Answer

Screen printing costs ₹10 per diary with a minimum charge of ₹500. Embossing with a block costs ₹25 per diary, minimum ₹1,250. A UV ink sticker costs ₹15 per diary, minimum ₹750. Whichever is higher, the per-piece amount or the minimum, is charged.

Question 3

How long does a branded diary order take?

Accepted Answer

Plain diaries are dispatched 10 days after the order. Diaries with logo branding take 15 days, because the screen or embossing block has to be made before the diaries can be branded.

Question 4

What is the difference between a dated and an undated diary?

Accepted Answer

A dated diary is printed for a specific year, with one date printed on each page and a monthly planner, so it is used in that year only. An undated notebook has ruled pages with no dates and can be used in any year, which makes it useful for gifting at any time.

Question 5

When should I order corporate diaries for the new year?

Accepted Answer

Order by late October. Diary stock moves quickly from October to December, and branded orders need an extra five days for the block or screen, so late orders risk the design you want being out of stock.

Question 6

Do you deliver outside Ahmedabad?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We print in Ahmedabad and deliver to 108 cities across India, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Surat and Jaipur. Orders are couriered with tracking and a GST invoice. Delivery is usually next day within Ahmedabad and 2 to 6 days elsewhere.

Question 7

What file format should I send for printing?

Accepted Answer

Send a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed and fonts converted to outlines. JPG or PNG at 300 DPI also works. Convert CorelDRAW, Illustrator or Photoshop files to PDF first. If you do not have a design, use the free online designer or ask our team for help.

Question 8

Do you provide a GST invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every order is GST invoiced. Add your GSTIN to your account and it appears on the invoice automatically, so you can claim input credit.
